Tax Guidance Needed - Help a founder out

I need tax help and I'm seeking recommendations

PopSchools is a Delaware C Corporation. I have not registered the company in California where I live. I have always had a California address as my headquarters address in my company paperwork.

I’m starting to get mail from the franchise tax board here in California. They assigned me a tax number and they are asking for me to respond about why I haven’t yet paid California taxes.

My ask:

I want to hire a professional to completely take care of this. I don’t want to research or try to figure out what to do. Can you refer me to a person who can be trusted to do this? I have to answer them by November 25.
