At my job, the people team knows about my ADHD diagnosis and they’ve asked that I submit a form to request reasonable accommodations. Do you have examples of what I might ask for? I work remotely in a tech company, in a community marketing role.
I feel like being remote allows me to adjust my work environment without needing much support from the company. Do you think I could ask for noise-canceling headphones? I spent my home office budget completely and that didn’t make the cut.
I’m hoping you have some suggestions or that you can share if you have disclosed an ADHD diagnosis and received any kind of accommodations or support from an employer.
